Meet Toula
My name is Toula, short for Panagiota, mother of three, and this farm is my life’s work.
I grew up in Loutro, surrounded by olive trees, animals, and the green landscape of
northern Messinia. From a young age, I learned that good food comes from patience,
hard work, and respect for nature. Our family has always worked the land by hand,
following the seasons and caring for every tree and animal.
For many years, what we produced was shared only with family and friends. Olive
oil, olives, honey, herbs, and traditional sweets were part of everyday life. Today, we
share these products with people who seek real, rich flavors, the kind that remind you
how food used to taste before farming became industrial.
